Yet another incredible IPA from Main St. Cafe/Willibrew. With all the IPAs this brewery has, you would think they'd all be very similar. Not the case. Each IPA is a brand new experience, with different hops, malts, abv %. This one came cloudy orange, with almost no head. Aroma is raw, pungent, citrussy, fresh hops. The first taste is like biting into a juicy hop bud that had been soaking in a sweet malt. A bit bready, sweet, and very bitter, this is just another masterpiece in Willimantic's masterpiece collection.
