Very pale wheat ale cloudy with tangy (and healthful) brewers yeast. Light-bodied and refreshing, a traditional South-German favorite. We are one of the few North American breweries using a true German Weissebeir yeast. Grains: Premium pale malted barley, Northwest malted wheat; Hops: Perle, Tettnang or Northern Brewer.
