You love to see it. Brewmaster Eric loves his traditional European styles and he'll always pay tribute even with the newer trends in beer. Our Barn Burner Grätzer is brewed with a 50/50 blend of Riverbend Malt's applewood and pecan smoked wheat and fermented with the Saison DuPont yeast strain. A very pleasant smokiness persists from the nose through the finish in our take on this historic Polish beer style. Perfect with root vegetables, pork, chicken, or an evening by the fire pit, which sounds about perfect.

Pours clear topaz with a thick and frothy eggshell head. Aroma provides zesty stonefruit and pomme plus fresh malt and yeast. Flavor yields zesty fruit, mainly apple with some stonefruit, plus yeast, bitter woody hops, a little smoke, a little fresh malt. Texture offers decent body and perky fizz. Burn dat barn.
