We celebrate 12 years of serving our neighbors great beer with Saison de Provence. This elegant Belgian saison embraces our roots as a European-inspired brewery - a unique creation from our always-experimenting brewmaster Eric Johnson. Featuring a base of our beloved and unique White Blackbird Belgian saison, we've added a variety of classic herbs to create a stunning, delicious and incredibly culinary beer. Pours clear copper with a thick and lasting head. Aroma brings herbs, fresh malt, butterscotch and fruity notes. Flavor yields herbal, butterscotch, malty and stonefruit tones. Texture features decent body and peppy fizz. Twelve cheers for Wild Heaven - and Eric's herbs.
