Our take on an English northern brown. It has strong malty nose and flavour with notes of nuts, honey and caramel. Willamette hops give a nice earthy/floral contrast to the malt that blend well with the fruity character from the English ale yeast. This beer finishes sweet on the pallet with a nice lingering bitterness.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a very small foamy white head and has a slightly hazy amber appearance. Aromas of sweet malts and earthy hops. Flavours are mostly sweet malts, very subtle hints of honey, fruity notes maybe something like honeydew possibly. Average carbonation and good retention. Not too bad, easy to drink.

On tap at the Loon. Pours a hazy amber colour with a warm creamy head and some thick lacing. Pale syrup aromas with fruity malts. Caramel malt taste with the fruitiness and some mild nuttiness. Not too sweet for a honey brew. More fruity, well-blended. Very nice.
