For an IPA, I found this beer to be pretty ordinary. The beer was supposed to mimic an English IPA; however, the hops used were too piney and the beer wasn't creamy enough to be in the mold of an English IPA. That being said, this is one of the better offerings at this place.

Poured a golden amber color with a medium, off white head that nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral, grassy hops, citrus tangerine, caramel malts, and perfume. Taste of tangerine, guava, caramel malt, tart citrus, maybe some grape... and finishing with a grapefruit bitterness. Lots of complex subtleties in this one, definitely the best I had tonight. Not sure if I will be going back to this place again though.
