Brewed with a generous blend of malted and unmalted Canadian Wheat which brings about the wintery whiteness. Add some punchy Cascade leaf in the mash and them some Centennial dry hopping to deliver coriander, orange and paradise seed notes.

32oz growler (or so they're calling it) from BCLDB Clayton. A plastic screw top on this one, and it leaked. However, the beer seemed to be unaffected and this was a good thing, given the non-bargain price. Clear pour of light gold, with some haze further down in the bottle. Head was a creamy white thing, with respectable hang time. IPAish nose, with grapefruit and pine. Mouthfeel was okay, although not as robust as I'd have liked. Flavour was a decent IPA representation, with maybe or maybe not the advertised malt addition. Finish more tart than bitter. Not all that bad, but strictly an average (and overpriced) one-off. And, I'll not be keeping the bottle, either.
