Just once I would like this brew to go smoothly.... once! From faulty pumps, reset timers, to stuck glycol valves and frozen kegs. Yet somehow it always turns out right. :-) This beer is like Northern Ontario weather; you never know what to expect! This stout is much lighter in body than you would expect for this style of beer. We wanted something rich but not heavy and this beer delivers. With hints of dark chocolate and espresso, it's the perfect fireside beverage.
