We were thinking ESB, but we can't just do a normal ESB. Colla-brew-ation series, brewed for Quitters Coffee.

Draught. Colour - hazed golsen appearance with red hues, half inch off-white head, good lacing. Aroma - caramel, slight roastiness, mild citrus notes. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - well balanced between sweet nutty malt and caramel and a finishing citrusy hop kick. Quite good.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours an average size frothy off-white head. Sticky lacing. Has an amber appearance. Aromas of toasted malts, a bit sweet. Flavours are malty, some hints of caramel. Average retention and carbonation. It's alright.

Enjoyed at the Loon. Pours a hazy amber colour with a beige head, decent lace and hops particles floating around (not many, but bigger size than usual). Beautiful nose with citrusy hops over nutty malts. Hoppy tasting, but not crazy bitter, not too dry. Just right! Great original brew, just not an ESB with this much alcohol and hops.
