Rock'n'Hops - Rock inspired Double Dry Hopped New England India Pale Ale. The Story... We’re a Rock’n’Roll brewery. All our team members have been in, or are currently in bands, love playing live and have a real love for music. We also have a massive appetite for hops... Rock’n’Hops! The beer... MASSIVELY hopped with Citra and Idaho 7 for a dank AF hop bomb. We connected with Escarpment Labs to use their Foggy London yeast to delivery that super fruity, hazy, opaque look, feel and nose that we all want!

Picked up a tall can at the brewery. Pours a fairly big frothy off-white head and has a dark but pale golden appearance. Lots of thick dirty lacing remains. Lively carbonation. Aromas of piney and grassy hops, some subtle citrus and floral hops as well. Flavours are mostly similar to aromas, still lots of citrus and grassy hops. Some subtle tropical fruit notes, but not overly abundant. Dry mouthfeel. A little bit of bitterness on the palate.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one for my birthday. Was expecting hazy, but amber colour, very slight haze with a warm frothy cap, good retention and some tiny spots of lacing. Sweet, fruity aromas mixing berry notes, cereal malt and some wheat, banana nose. Hoppy flavours over bubble gum hints. Cereal grain and grassiness basically. Quite bitter and dry in the finish. Gets hazier at last pour, but seems quite amber for a DDH or NEIPA. A little juicier, but so bitter, seems like a DDH Amber IPA that is not a NEIPA. Still pretty good.
