    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann shaker glass an unfiltered and opaque oak-burgundy coloured Rauchbier with a rich two fingers beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is roasted malts, a powerful smokey effect and spicy, heavy licorice. The flavour is roasted and smoked malts, a touch of fruits, cooked apples. The mouthfeel is fulled, thick and smooth. This medium bodied Rauchbier has a dry smokey finish. A clear one-way Rauchbier, but a good one ! I like it.
