Malzmischung : Weyermann Pale Ale Malz 85.0 %, Weyermann Cararoma 6 .0%, Weyermann Carafa Typ 2 4.0%, Haferflocken 5.0%, Hopfen East Kent Golding.

500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann snifter an unfiltered and hazy rich burgundy coloured Stout with a sumptuous three fingers beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sweety roasted malts, coffeish tones, riped fruits, pears, raisins. The flavour is sweety roasted malts, cereals, coffee beans, a flowery touch, violet and moderate bitter. The mouthfeel is fulled, quite thick and a bit sticky. The texture is quite watery. This medium bodied Stout has a dry roasted malts finish. A pleasant Stout from Bamberg, " The " German Beer City.
