    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann shaker glass an unfiltered and hazy dark-amber chesnut coloured English Ale with a huge two fingers light beige pillowy foamy head that had an immmense retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is deep flowery hops, piney notes, fruity, pineapples, grapefruits and moderate malty. The flavour is caramel malts, bread, flowery and resinous hops, juicy fruits, pineapples, oranges, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is light crispy, creamy, a bit sticky and smooth. This medium bodied English Ale has a long fruity and hoppy bitter finish. A very pleasant German, no, please excuse me, a very pleasant and moreish English Ale from Upper Franconia.
