BOURBON BARREL-AGED BALTIC PORTER After spending 6 months aging in Kentucky bourbon barrels this Baltic Porter is ready for the world. Cold fermented with lager yeast, this imperial porter has restrained roasty notes with a robust malt sweetness and a gentle warmth. The unique malt character of this porter has dark fruit notes of blackcurrant and figs which dissolve into the smoky bourbon and wood character on the finish.
