The crew from Cameron’s are experts at brewing classic beer styles as well as unique small-batch creations. We put our heads together to create a hazy IPA with Norwegian Voss Kveik yeast from Escarpment Labs and a generous dry-hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. The result is an unforgettable IPA with huge hop aromas of peach and apricot.

Second can of the night from the Welly "Rising Tide Collaboration Mix Pack". Pours a bright, lightly hazy golden-yellow colour with an off-white head, creamy, long lasting with some bold creamy lacing. Grassy nose with citrus notes and the Kveik yeast touch. The flavours have mostly grassiness from the hops giving some good dry end. Orange juice and lemon zest. Easily drinkable Kveik IPA.

The beer pours a slightly hazed metallic gold colour with a huge white bubbly head that lasts a few minutes. The aroma is tropical fruit, funky yeast, and grass. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy malt, tart tropical notes, with a weak bitter finish. Quite a good effort from two of Ontario’s older craft breweries.
