Unfiltered beer made with lager yeast. It appealed to us to brew a strong helles beer. Therefore we have a beer begun with 13.6% wort, which we then stuffed in a storage tank with a generous Hersbrücker hops. This old worthy hop from our Franconian home unfolds its expressive aroma potential. Unfiltered it is full-bodied and aromatically hoppy. It is our masterpiece of an expressive regional traditional specialty beer.
