The first sip of this amber-orange-coloured Kellerbier reveals a touch of caramel. Its fresh and fruity aroma is owed to the chosen hops and accompanied by a pleasant bitterness. In combination with a well-balanced malt body this wonderfully mild and smooth beer was created to please both, your tongue and mind. The hops chosen are the rare sort “Hallertauer Record” for bittering and

The pour is a light rust color, with a definite haze and a huge white cap. Aroma is light grains, weak spices, weak perfumy hops, and a hint of yeast. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side for a kellerbier, but the hop balance is still there in the finish.

33cl bottle pours with a near clear deep gold body that supports a somewhat short lived white head. The aroma offers up floral and spicy hops sweetened up by bready sweet malts with a light grassy hop sensation pulled up upon a good swirl of beer. The taste delivers a pleasing flavor depth and more importantly flavor balance. The sweet malty breadiness bangs up against a pleasing level of bitter Noble grassy, spicy, floral and herbal nuanced hops. Toward the finish the sweet graham cracker breadiness greets you with a mild lager fruity ester note.

Pours clear, bright topaz with a thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma provides crisp raw malt, sweetish apple and a hint of resiny hops. Flavor offers all of the above but up a notch, and more hops. Texture delivers firm body and perky fizz. Haller-tauer for a glass.
