750ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a huge foamy bubbly tan head and has a dark amber appearance, but still quite clear. Aromas are woodsy, oak infused, earthy and resinous as well as some strong yeast. Flavours are resinous, some dark dried fruits, raisins and plums come to fruition, some oak and woodsy notes also come through in the finish. For a high abv%. brew, goes down quite smooth and easily. Maybe slightly boozy, but not overwhelming.
