It was a nice amber color and had an OK aroma but I didn't like the taste that much. It started out tasting fine but the aftertaste detracted from an otherwise good beer.

This has a beautiful dark amber coloring, but not much lace when poured. The aroma is nice. The taste was superb. Normally, I find this kind of beer to have a bit of a bitter aftertaste, but not so here. This is the first brew I have had from Wagner Valley and I look forward to trying others.
