Jubiler Amber IPA is top-fermented, especially bitter. This exceptional beer is hopped 5 x- including cold hopping in the lager tank. It has a fruity flavor because of the hops used, a special strain of brewer's yeast and a different production technology. Top-fermented brewer's yeast, four types of hops and seven kinds of malts are used in the production process. India Pale Ale ( IPA ) is one of the world's many beer styles. Top-fermented beer was first brewed in England in the 19 th century. Hopping higher alcohol beers helped maintain the quality during transportation by boat in the English colonies. Ingredients : drinking water, barley malt ( Czech, Munich, Vienna, Caramel, Caramünch, Carared and color ), hops ( Kazbek, Cascade, Chinook, Premiant), undyed and undiluted water !
