Special catergory of bottom fermented Baltic Porter, which has its tradition in former Czechoslovakia. We have prepared our first Czechoslovakian beer, brewed by our brewmaster and his Slovak colleague. This is the first ever collaboration of our brewers after the division of Czechoslovakia. The resulting beer is truly an exclusive affair, with several months of maturation in the historical cellar of the brewery. It has a high percentage of Bavarian malt and caramel and gently hopped Žatec hops. Old timers will be reminded of the way beer used to taste, and young people will discover the beer of their forefathers. Ingredients : drinking water, barley malt ( Bavarian, Pilsener, caramel coloring ), treated hops ( Saaz, Premiant, Brewer ), hop products. Not watered down !
