Top-fermented, light special beer of higher bitterness with 15 % EPM Plato. This is one of the many beer styles. Top-fermented beer was first produced in England in the 19 th century. The brewers were looking for a type of beer that could last a several month's voyage to the Bristish colonies, especially India. The preservative effect of hops and alcohol were already known, and therefore used by default when producing beer, but this high requirement of hops created a new category of beer, Our India Pale Ale, or IPA for short. This beer is exceptionally bitter and full, with a strong hop flavour and hints of citrus fruit, thanks to type of hops used as well as a special strain of brewery's yeast. This exceptional beer is hopped 4 times including cold hopping in the lager tank. Ingredients : drinking water, barley malt ( Czech, Munich and caramel colorings ), hops ( Kazbek, Premiant, Cascade ). Not watered down !
