Ongefiltered flaxen high fermentation beer. A fresh, fruity but thirst-quenching by drinker. Not brewed with malted wheat, like all other white beers, but with 40 percent malted barley and secondary fermentation in the bottle. Vermelat exactly why the label "barley beer", the secondary fermentation takes tienal a day in a heated room with a constant temperature of 22 ° C.

250 ml bottle. Poured a cloudy straw yellow colored Wit with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, fruity, lemon, spicy, cloves. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast aciditic fruits, lemon, citrus, added to a sugary sweetness. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and fizzy. This medium bodied Wit has a long aciditic fruits finish. Although this Wit is quite refreshing, the great presence od sugar bring a mess in the balance.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, barnyard and hops. Flavour is wheat, fruits and yeast. Yeasty and fruity aftertaste. Quite standard witbier with nothing exciting in it.

Pale gold with decent white, fluffy head. There are some lemon and esters on the nose. The taste has some wheat, clove and mild esters. A fairly blah beer.
