Our take on a classic, this is a Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat beer. Light golden in color, hazy and with a snow white crown of foam, our Weissbier ("white beer" in German) has an inviting fruity/ spicy aroma reminiscent of banana, citrus and clove. Brewed with generous amounts of wheat and imported Munich malt, the flavor is sweet and rounded yet refreshing and highly drinkable. Projected 4.75% alcohol by volume. Why the Name? The colors of the Bavarian flag are checkered white and blue, or "weiss und blau" in German.

A stale grass and somewhat sour nose really made me think twice about drinking this. It's a cloudy opaque light gold color which also wasn't very appealing. The flavor was actually quite lively and juicy, nice esters and refreshing.

What will more then likely end up being their flagship beer. People really seem to enjoy this one quite a bit. It's pretty tastey, ill admit. Fruit, sweet but balanced. Cloudy golden, big frothy white head. Banananna and clove, plenty of wheat with just a touch of hops near the finish. Slightly yeasty with some bubblegum. Nice and citrusy.

Pours from the tap a hazy lemon-yellow with a moderate pure white head. Lemony fresh nose with a nice rich mouthfeel that thins on the finish. Tangy with reserved banana and spice; light on the wheat and yeast. Not a bad hefe, if a little timid.
