The “big brother” in our Belgian Abbey ale family. Subtle flavors of mandarin, pepper, tropical fruit and vanilla fused with a gently warming alcohol heat. Sinfully smooth for its towering strength.

Pours a murky light copper with a thin tan head that disappears quickly. Brown sugar nose and a full, sweet palate. Candied brown sugar sweetness turns rapidly bitter-burnt and overpowers any fruitiness. Hot alcohol and a spicy, syrupy finish. The cloying heaviness in the beer is accentuated by the heavy dimpled beer goblet in which it's served.

Excellent bier from Vintage Brewing, lets keep em coming! Pours a cloudy slightly hazey slightly boozey orange colour. The more I look at it, it might be pinkish. Pepery, ginger, and saucey. I think I wrote sauerkraut taste, but normally I wouldn't like that. Not sure what I meant. Really full and spicey with generous amounts of tropical fruits in the taste.
