We married sweet caramel malts, spicy rye, and just a dash of South Asian cinnamon (the good stuff!) with apple cider fresh from the family farm, for a sweet-tart, refreshing tribute to the Fall season. Crisp as an autumn breeze, blushing like the turning leaves.

Sampled this beer on tap at the Vintage a few days ago. Not exactly my cup of tea, in fact I probably would never try a whole pint of this. Cloudy light amber, lots of froth in the sampler glass. Aroma is full on fruity apple nose. Soft cinnamon and sour apple on the palate. Finishes rather sweet. Very reminiscent of a cider. Except carbonation.
