Inspired by the spice markets of Egypt, the saison/ farmhouse ale takes a worldly and unique twist through the addition of hibiscus petals in both brewing and cold-conditioning stages. Lovely pink in color, with a cherry-blossom pink crown of foam, our Hibiscus Saison is as beguiling as it looks. Slightly fruity, tart, somewhat earthy, and with a refreshing dry finish; wine lovers and beer lovers may find happy common ground here!

On tap at the brewery, pretty nice birra. Pours a light orange with a small white head. Decent carbonation that does add a little fruity spritz character. Not sweet, herbal. Mildly spicey, mainly floral. Tart fruit with a long creamy finish.
