You have to like it when they name a beer after your favourite chair! The beer pours a coca-cola color with a tight creamy brown head. The nose is dark chocolate, roasted malt, and coffee. Typical for an American stout. Mouthfeel is average, maybe some creaminess. Flavor is just like the aroma. Chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt. Decent beer,

Good - but not great stout. It was as expected and good freash beer, but lacked any discernable outstanding qualities. It was the typical dark pour with a thick creamy head, so I can't complain too much... I just can't brag about it a whole lot.

Poured black and headless. The aroma had a light roasty character and that was about it. The flavor was light and balanced, but boring. Smooth mouthfeel with a light-to-medium body.

Sampled on draft at Vinos. Pours opaque blackened-brown in color. Clean, light coffee aroma with a rich, roasted malt flavor. Quite balanced. A bit one-dimensional, but still enjoyable and easy to drink.
