This classic French-style saison gets its name from the naturally occurring substance in hops that give them their characteristic scent and flavor - lupulin. Dry hopped with Sticky Fingers®, a proprietary hop blend from Michigan Hop Alliance composed of 21 different Michigan-grown hops in the mix, including Brewers Gold, Cashmere, Comet, Mackinac, and Wild Wolf. Peppery and spice-forward with bubblegum-like esters from the yeast, this beer showcases notes of ripe pear, citrus rind, and a dank, pleasingly bitter finish from the hops
