Venture into an ethereal world that marries tradition and innovation into one extraordinary beer. In other words, we took two things we love and SMASHED those mofos together for a crispy, farmboi experience. Brewed with floor malted Czech pilsner malt and European hops, fermented, spunded, and lagered in stainless, then dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and conditioned with Brettanomyces in our American white oak foeder for 10 weeks. Grassy and hay-like aromas hit upon first sip, followed by white grape, lemongrass, and gooseberry accents. A lively effervescence and a bone dry finish help round it out
