Pours out a dark ice tea color with a slight head. The aroma is very faint with a slight malt smell. The mouthfeel thin and full of bubbles. The taste is like watered down maple syrup.

A dark mahogany-brown colored beer with a big frothy textured light tan head rising above. It settles fairly quickly Light film and thick ringlet left behind. Light roast notes. A fruit-damp malt-yeast and light licorice note in the tasting. Medium bodied.

Poured a dark dark brown color with good head and weak lacing. Aroma was of dark fruits, plums and cherries. Flavor was much the same, brown suger in there. Thin watery and nasty metallic like i was drinking from a can flavor. 3rd one in a night to pour say it aint so. ugh

Poured a dark brown to black color with an off-white to tan head, very fluffy head. Retention was good, lacing only ok. Aroma was dark fruits and cherries, maybe some brown sugar. The flavor was dark fruits, cherries, some brown sugar, metallic, watery. With increasing temperature, some spices and bananas. The mouthfeel was highly carbonated.

Bottled. Dark amber colour, small beige head. Alcohol and plum in flavour and aroma, quite pleasant mix. Sticky palate. Some hints of apricot found in aftertaste.

Nice dark brown Dubbel with thich creamy foam, with pleasant sweet-malty aroma. Malty flavor, with some caramel and chocolat sweetness, also spicy, overall - well balanced taste. But not that very special.
