Pours hazy solar yellow with a thick but effervescent porcelain head. If you get this in a bottle, have a large and thirsty towel at the ready - my sample fizzed like crazy. Aroma delivers tart fruity, fresh malt and woody hop tones. Flavor ramps up everything, especially the fruit - tart apple, pear, hints of mango. Body is fairly firm but lacks fizz. No sign of erosion, just a decent saison.
