The Inn at Bay Fortune Fire Brigade is passionate about flavour – on the plate or in the glass. Featuring spruce tips harvested on-site, notes of orange, honey and toasty vanilla hints from applewood gathered and smoked at the Inn, this spicy and complex brew is the perfect complement to any local feast. This collaboration brew was a riot with our friends at the Inn, and we can’t wait to do it again next year! Available exclusively in the Taproom, Craft Beer Corner, and the Inn at Bay Fortune.
