    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours a clear copper gold with a head that fades to a ring of foam. Smells a bit like sunscreen. There’s not the huge fresh hop blast in the aroma like most of the IIPAs I’ve had. The aroma’s quite boring actually. The flavor has a good hop bitterness in the finish and a nice rick pale ale maltiness, but this isn’t really all that distinctive.

sampled at the brewery. light body, deep gold color with an average head and good lacing. nice sweet smell of hops and pretty bitter taste of hops as well. semi dry pallete feel afterwards.

Sampled at Upstream. Color was a slightly cloudy orange with a medium white head. Nice lacing. Aroma was pleasantly hoppy with hints of grapefruit. Flavor was very bold with a nice combination of hops and citrus. This was an excellent Imperial Pale Ale, especially for a brewpub.
