Our Belgian saison is spiced with pink and green peppercorns, grains of paradise, and fresh ginger root. Rich orange in color with a subtle peppery aroma. This traditional farmhouse ale will delight the senses. The sweet malts quickly smooth out and give way to the taste of the fresh peppercorns and ends with a slight tingle of ginger on the back of the palate. Enjoy!

I really loved this beer. A one-off, billed as a "Brewer's Whim", it may never be available again. At the brewpub in Omaha, poured into an unusual tall flute/pokal with an orange-gold body and a thick, pure white head. Delightful nose of citrus and light spice. Absolutely delicious flavors - fresh oranges with just the right pepper counterpoint. A long spicy, fruity finish. Amazing, really... MUSIC: “Hello Goodbye” – Beatles
