Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a fairly thick ivory head. Aroma has a strong overtone of spur fruit, apple with a bit of pear, and a note of fresh cut wood. Flavor is fairly sour, but not make-your-face-do-aerobics sour, with a woody undertone. Texture is rather firm and fizzy. Oak what a good one.

Upright never ceases to impress me. Beautiful Saison, light amber, big pulpy nose. Some herbal spice, cherry and wood notes, delicate floral aroma with a clean but semi-dry finish.
