From the bottle, a very clear pour with a alot of yeast coming at the end. Tended to have bitter, metallic yeast in the head. Not particularly good mouthful, although a bit better warmer. Overall, cannot compare to say a Wittekerke or a Hoegaarden.

Pours clear golden with a thick eggshell head. Wheaty aroma has hints of yeast and pomme fruit. Flavor has firm notes of wheat and hay, with fruity and yeasty underpinnings - quite refreshing. Mouthfeel presents good fizz and OK body. Get your wheat on!

pours a golden yellow color with densely cloudy, almost milky, with a bright white head, which dissipates slowly with good lacing. The aroma reminds me of a good yeast roll with hits of citrus and coriander. The taste reflects the aroma, but pick up more prominent coriander, leaving a trace bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium while the carbonation is moderate but contributes to the overall mild dry finish.

Great Wit from Upland, refreshing after a day in the sun. Lemon, orange, and coriander are prominent in the aroma. Hazy golden yellow body. Light bodied and tangy. Grassy wheat malt body with citrus and coriander. A superb Witbier from neighboring Indiana.

Pours a hazy gold with a nice white head. Aroma is mildy fruity with some wheat and banana notes as well. Taste is not as fruity as the aroma would have you believe; more grainy with some banana showing through. Pretty average wheat beer.

Poured a slightly cloudy golden color and had a mild wheat aroma. The flavor was strong with "Fruit Loops" and had a fruity finish. This beer was overall decent, but nothing extraordinary.

At the Bourbon Street Distillery in Indianapolis, this beer poured from the bottle a hazy light golden color with a thin fizzy white head. Had to catch the bartender before she stuffed a lemon wedge in the bottle neck, and had to ask for a glass - and then had to turn down a frosted mug. Very light aroma of some faint spice and citrus. The flavor also was light with traces of wheat, lightly-spiced yeast and wheat. Light-bodied mouthfeel; low carbonation. Overall, light and unremarkable, but quite drinkable with my spicy, crispy, delicious, HUGE breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. MUSIC: 'The Way I Am' by 'Bonnie' Prince Billy

Pours a semi hazey golden body with a pleasent wheat aroma. A touch of fruit on the nose and pleasently floral as well. Taste is somewhat bland, i expected more from the body and aroma, but it lacks wheat character and needs a little more fruit flavor.

If you enjoy a wheat beer, you should like this one. Very clean taste.I must have spent a few hundred bucks for bottles of this fine brew over the last few years. It was(I still like it, but just like women you always want to see if you can do better, and i am a bit of a beer slut always willing to try a new one) my beer of choice in the summertime when I wanted more than just a taste. try it, you'll like it. goes well with horseshoes. pat

Personally, not a big fan of spice and herb ale, but I have also tried Great white, and this is definitely better. The aroma had a skunky smell, looks good, a decent flavor (for a spice ale) But overall i think its a average ale
