  Ja Wohl!!!! Very demanding. Eat as a desert, not a side. On the sweet side of balanced. A harvest celebration bier, nicht eine jeder tag trinken.

  You might as well go all out and get their porter. This just seems to be a lighter version of the same. I bit cloying for a with food drink, but okay to sip after a meal. I find the name to be deceiving.

  This one is a bit more amber in color that you would expect for the type, and comes across with a hint of malt. Still unmistakably a Hefe, but not quit wholly Weizen. One of their better non-dark offerings, but not as good as their Triple.

  Not extreme in any way, but very very good in a modest cilantro/citrus herb witbier way. About my favorite any day drink. It pours very consistently, lighter in carbonization than most, and increases in bouquet and flavor with temps approaching 10 C.

  From the bottle, a very clear pour with a alot of yeast coming at the end. Tended to have bitter, metallic yeast in the head. Not particularly good mouthful, although a bit better warmer. Overall, cannot compare to say a Wittekerke or a Hoegaarden.
