Introducing the second beer in our Autre Chose (“Something Else”) series. This ginger-infused session ale is brewed with a hint of lemon balm. It’s just 4% alcohol, filtered and not refermented – making for a truly refreshing flavour. Anyone can love the light notes of pepper and lemon.

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a fizzy white cap, average retention and some light carbonation. Ginger aromas giving some nice spiciness. The ginger in the flavours seems quite real, not medicinal, nor candylike, but what ginger purée can taste like. Hints of earthiness and very mild spiciness in the finish. Definitely a Session as in quite light. Interesting, refreshing and easy to drink.
