Not your typical label from Unibroue, in a different 625ml bottle with even the U on the cap being a front not used by them before. Slight hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a warm frothy cap, decent stay and some patchy foam lacing. Sweet, fruity nose of peaches with hints of honey, strawberries and hops. The taste is definitely less peachy. Mildly sweet and fruity at first, but the bitterness of the IPA side kicks in. The finish and nicely dry with the bitterness of grassy notes lingering. Actually, quite well-brewed for mixing the two styles. Smells like an early Ephémère, but tastes like McAuslan-style IPA.
