    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Uberach stemmed glass an unfiltered and hazy ruby-brown coloured B A with a one finger beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel and dried fruits, nuts. The flavour is yeasty, toasted and caramel malts, hints of coffee and dark chocolate, notes of ashes. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sweety and a bit sticky. The texture is oily. This light to medium bodied B A has a dry toasted malts finish. A decent Brown Ale from the French Région Alsace, not bad, but, for me, quite anonymous !
