Toto pivo je klasickym zastupcem z " Bavorské rodiny Weissbier ". Jz jemne " ocevné ", lehce chmelené, kvasniscové chuti. Je vyraben z originalnich bavorskych srrchmich kvasnic a varen podle starobavorského receptu. Jeho barva je klasicky medeno-hneda s predavkem kvasnic.

Docene, on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered pale gold colored Weizen with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a superb retention. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is yeast malts, fruity, lemon, citrus and bananas. The flavour is yeast malts combined with a first aciditic emotion, lemon, citrus, pineapple, grapefruit followed by a sweety one, bananas and biscuits. The mouthfeel is crispy and very smooth. This medium bodied Weizen has a lingering yeasty and fruity end. A superb Weizen.
