The short days and long nights bring this prowling cat out on the town, looking to scatch up some fun with a great beer. This Night Cat is dark in color, bold in hop but not heavy in body. It is full of tropical fruit notes from the Citra hops that combine with a nice dark wheat malt flavor.

Looks and feels like a dunkel, but has the flavor of a dunkel and IPA. Not sure I had a dark hoppy wheat like this before, but I like it. Noticing the trend the last year shifting from normal traditional wheats, to wheaty IPA hybrids. Also seems close to those imperial reds in looks and flavor, but not as heavy and way less ABV%. First introduction to Two Brothers as they just started distribution here in FL. Trying their regular IPA next.

A bright amber colored beer with a big, loosely bubbled sudsy textured, off white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A nice film ringlet are left behind. A Spicy hopped nose. tasting profile of citric hops, some tropical fruitiness and some dark wheaty malts. A nice smooth finish
