A cloudy yellow colored beer with a three fingered sudsy textured, white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A thin ringlet and some very splotchy film are left. A light nose. In the general profile I'm getting that banana and laid back pepper and more dominate cardamom. Some wheat. Effervescent and refreshing.

At best, this is an average witbier. A cloudy light yellow beer with a huge white head. Lots of spices in the aroma to go with some wheat and sweet malt. Flavour is weakly sweet malt with a nice spicy finish.

Good Witty aromas of spicy clove, lemon & orange with banana and grass. Lackluster head and lacing on top of a cloudy dark golden body. Medium bodied, balanced and satisfying. Grassy wheat, empty aftertaste and soapy finish. Good spice with faint banana and citrus. Overall this Wit falls well short of grand and settles into the realm of average.

Pours yellow and clear, not misty as I expected, with short, fading head. Aromatics include floral, sweet and citrus fruits, and spices, mainly pepper and coriander. Pear dominates the flavor, while pepper and clove accent. Soft on the palate, almost creamy, but the beer itself is too light (thin) for that descriptor. Enjoyable overall.

Sampled from bottle, a gift from amatuerbeerguy. This wit pours gold and suprisingly clear. Corriander perfune dominates the aroma. Pleasant and gentle. Slightly sweet and smooth with pepper, citrus and floral hops. Very nice flavor and to style. Medium-body. At first glance, it doesn't look right - but it certainly tastes right. Diverges from style much like NB Sunshine does. A fine beer, but I'd grab a Sunshine if I want a clear belgian wheat.

Pours with a slightly cloudy, golden body topped by a thin, white head with little lacing. It’s slightly sweet yet spicy wtih notes of clove, a little banana and a touch of yeastiness. Light bodied, smooth and crisp.

Aroma of tang, ranch, wheat, and something i can’t quite put my finger on. a little lemon zest too. Flavor is much like the aroms. Thin and watery palate, and thin yellow appearance with no head.

A strong lemon and funky aroma. A cloudy lemon appearance with a moderate head. The flavor contains some vinegar notes with lemons. A creamy mouthfeel with a rather thin palate. An ok witbier.

Nice shaped bottle, handsome label with a limited edition, numbered bottling from a local brewery I'd never heard of. How can I pass this one up? Turns out the packaging wasn't the end of the good things with this beer.
Appearance didn't start out as anything special, a pale yellow color with a very loose head and no lacing. The aroma was tangy with citrus notes of pineapples and spice. The flavor continued the citrus notes and the spices became a bit more prevalent. Finish was subdued a bit, but overall still pleasant.
Have wanted to try this some more, but haven't been able to locate it. Not even sure if the brewery is still running. Maybe it was all a dream... -

This is a reasonably good version of a Belgian White. It's not Hoegaarden, but it's quite refreshing. Nice spicy on the nose w/ the characteristic crisp taste. Thx hopsrus
