This French-style country ale is deep amber in color. With a toasty, sweet caramel start, it finishes with just enough hops to clean off the palate. Bon Appetit!

Not bad. Toasty woodsy caramel is about right. Not a ton going on but pleasant and mellow throughout. Barely enough hops to notice but i liked the malt and yeast character.

This was my secind today at World of Beer. A bright amber colored beer with two finger, off white head that sticks around awhile. Moderate ringlet is left behind. The profile is fruity, yeast, and sweet malt. Brught, effervescent and refreshing. .

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy amber colour with small creamy/fluffy off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some earth, yeast and mild floral notes as well. Flavour is caramel malts, some earth, yeast and mild notes of some berrylike notes.

Bottle at Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy amber colour with a small creamy off-white head. Caramel, red berries, mild flowers, almonds, mild hay and yeast in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of toasted malts, caramel, yeast, mild herbs, butter and strawberries. Medium-bitter finish of caramel, mild herbs and berries.

Nice flavorful beer, a little sweet and not too hoppy. Fruity and smoky and a little thicker mouthfeel than expected. Among the best of Two Brother's products. Very drinkable.

Two Brothers Domaine DuPage 2.2 cheapdark Slight perfumy aroma. Clear brown yellow. No visible carbonation. No head. First taste is not terribly ale like. Decent carbonation. Malt bitterness builds. Alky content shows thru the flavors. Gets a bit pestery near the end. Mildly annoying medium linger finish.

Hazy amber with a thin tan head. Robust aroma of sweet nutty-caramel-apple malt. Very smooth, satiny mouthfeel; medium bodied. Flavors of well-blended malt and light spicy hop bitterness. Fruit, nuts, and bitter caramel biscuits. Clean tasting with a nice round, bitter-tinged sweet finish. Well-crafted americanized version of a seldom-seen classic style. WOW!! I think I found a new favorite style of beer. This one poured a clear amber color with a weak head. It had a malty aroma with a slghtly sweet and floral flavor. Very smooth and really tasty.

My first french style beer, beautiful amber color, nice head, very nice aroma, very mild flavor with a touch of caramel. Very clean finish. I would buy this beer again.

On draft at Durty Nellie's. The pour was full amber, almost coppery, weak initial head. The aroma was earthy caramel, floral hops. The flavor followed the aroma, caramel, earthy, nutty, finishing with a grassy, almost skunky, hop profile. This thing was also astringent, could have been a lot better attenuated, much more crisp, pretty much missing the style with an off amber ale, imo. I'm about done w/ 2B.
