Evo. IPA is a dry‐hopped, deep copper colored IPA brewed with Yakima Valley Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centenniel Hops, then aggressively dry‐hopped with Simcoe and Columbus. The floral and citrus aroma compliments the crisp malt body.

Bomber from Central City. Hazy copper pour, with a modest, frothy, off-white head. Slow dissipation and fair lacing resulted. Little carbonation. Caramel malt and citrus for the aroma. Bitter flavour, some grapefruit and pine in restrained amounts. Bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel.

Can, no date. Doesn't seem stale but not fresh either. Bigger crisp hoppy citrus aroma. The rest is pretty ho hum. No follow through on the hops in the finish. Starts strong but can't close. Please people, date your bleeping beer!!!

Had this on tap somewheres, Can't remember where. I think it was The Horse Brass. Either way it twas delightful. Poured a dark amber with a huge head. Hoppy as hell but nice malt balance. Bring on the fruit! Lots of it. Tropical fruity flavors, a litttle caramel and a long lingering finish.
