The Devil May Care, our Belgian Golden Strong Ale, is what we've chosen to celebrate Twisted Irons Craft Brewing Company's 1 year anniversary! This beer is sneaky and deceptive - it is very pale and has an innocent look, but don't let it fool you! This unassuming, pale Belgian delight packs a punch - 11.5% ABV of a a punch! The spicy Belgian yeast has soft fruity aromas and a slight floral quality from the noble Saaz hop used toward the end of the boil, and a lightness of body that comes from adding a truckload of dextrose. Enjoy responsibly, but definitely enjoy.
