A tribute to Sarah and Mike for their impending nuptials. We love you guys! Congratulations! Sweetness from the wheat is nicely balanced by a subtle tartness/acidity. Wonderful and drinkable in these dog days. There isn't time—so brief is life—for bickerings, apologies, heartburnings, callings to account, there is only time for loving—and but an instant, so to speak, for that. - Mark Twain

A dark golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some grapes, alcohol, citrus, and spices. The flavor is rather sour with some citrus, red wine, and spices. This is an odd one for sure but good odd. It almost has a barleywine quality but lighter.

Pours a cloudy amber-yellow with a thick, fine-bubbled, pale cream-yellow head that persists. Aroma is rich, malty and lemony with a whisper of sweetness. Flavor is malty and somewhat tart with a lemon overtone and a whisper of honey sweetness. Texture is smooth and sassy. Great for a hot afternoon.
