A wheat beer originally brewed in Bavaria, Hefeweizen uses a special top-fermenting ale yeast to achieve its unique aromas. Our Southern Heaven is somewhat sweet, very refreshing and can be enjoyed year-round. Southern Heaven Hefeweizen is made with Pilsner, White Wheat, Cara Hell and Cara Munich 2 malts; Hallertau Merkur and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops; and Hefeweizen yeast.

Taps translucent honey that has gradiations of color from dark copper-brown to peach, and a thick beige head that leaves good lacing. Aroma presents wheaty, yeasty and banana notes. Flavor fills the mouth with wheat, yeast, lemon, banana, a hint of woody hops, a touch of cloves. Texture yields firm, smooth body and peppy fizz, as well as a nice wheaty and banana finish. Drink your. Wheaties!
