Certainly one of our favorites, this unfiltered wheat ale is crafted with an abundance of wheat malt, pale malted barley, whole hops and a classic Weihenstephan Weizen ale yeast. Straw-colored, immensely refreshing, hazy and bursting with spicy flavor our wheat beer has delighted our regulars for years and is true to its Bavarian heritage – even though we don’t typically serve it with breakfast like they do in Germany .

Pours into the glass with a slightly cloudy gold body topped by a thin head with decent lace left behind. Sweet berry and wheat aroma with slightly sour yeasty notes. Yeasty wheat malt flavor with a slight berry background and a slean crisp finish. Light bodied and dry.
